The attendant was so helpful when I walked in to order the van. The process was smooth and quick, and he explained the policies well, so I knew exactly when and where to return the van after hours. He made the experience easy. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
ELIZABETH TVery efficient and helpful. They made quick work after my on line reservation was erased my the uhaul system because I was 10 min late over uhauls30 minutes late limit. That policy is absurd.
ELMER HThis business said they are privately owned and can refuse service to anyone. I called ahead of time and was told they had no trailers smaller that a 12". I called U-Haul 800 number, and they hooked me up with a trailer at this same spot. A bit shady if you ask me.
