Nothing really to improve but I want to give a huge shout out to the Manager, Austin. He is fantastic! So nice, extremely helpful, takes great pride in his job and the facility and the most amazing thing, he actually remembered my name when we went back 8 months later to pack our stuff out! Austin is an asset to U-Haul!
