Give a code to get in the gate. I was informed i could return the equipment at any time, day or night. Locked gate, no good place to leave the equipment. Should have allowed me to return it to NE 25th location

SCOTT CI extended my rental on the fly from 2 to 3 days. It was nice to see in my final bill that the rental had been converted to a weekly rate that ended up being cheaper. I appreciate the convenience of using the app to rent and the consideration of charging less without asking. The ONLY problem I had was I rented the pickup truck 2 weekends in a row. The first weekend the truck had a hitch ball already installed which I needed. The second weekend I got to my didtant location and then noticed the hitchball was missing. I had to buy a hitchball to continue using the truck.
