This location was easy to find and the process was quick. Upon returning I was told I’d get an emailed receipt and be charged accordingly. I left and was over charged. I had to call back the store to get this issued resolved. I was “accidentally” charged additional $120 for a damaged/missing , in which I rented a dolly that I returned. Hayley did get this issue resolved and I appreciate it. Moving forward , I feel as if the team member should’ve done a walkthrough of the truck before and after rental and I also hold myself accountable for not asking for these services too.
