Again this is an issue for scheduling. When the reservation was made, I had to call to manually add this location as the drop off, as this is where our storage unit is. When the vehicle was picked up, U-Haul had changed the drop off location to a location that was not convenient for the renter and we had to spend additional time on the phone to have the correct location placed back on the reservation. This vehicle did have a leak in the cargo area and boxes were wet due to rain during the move. Also the left drivers side tail light and brake light were out.
