Don't over charge when I put gas in it. Its newer with mileage to empty and I dropped it off exactly the same and got changed for 5 gallons is unprofessional.

RICHARD AThe place was closed, I put keys in dropbox after I dropped it off the same day I rented it and I still got hit with late fees. Extremely disappointing
Francis BMaybe a better explaination of making a drop off after hours. All 3 of the U-Haul reps were very nice on the phone, but it wasn’t until the 3rd fellow explained the process well that I felt sure of myself.
