I registered online a week ahead of my move date. On the morning of my move, the pickup location had no record of my reservation, nor did they have the size truck i had requested, nor any moving pads. I took the truck they had. Before leaving the site, I was texted a form to complete. After taking photos of all sides of the truck, I confirmed the plate number, mileage, and gas. I left the site. Later I was prompted that there was an Error with the app and to do it all over again. I called the 24/7 line, and I was sent another link to the app. It too was and ERROR. I called 24/7 a second time - was told I could e-mail the customer support person pictures "If I wanted to" She asked to confirm any major damage, plate number and gas level. The move and truck return went smoothly but very frustrating experience with resrevation and the "APP"
