I want to sincerely thank the staff at this U-Haul location, especially the front desk lady and her husband (I assumed) . They were incredibly helpful during my first time renting a truck in the US, guiding me through the process with patience and care. They even allowed me to temporarily park my car at their location, making the experience much easier. They also made sure to highlight key things to check before and after returning the truck, which I appreciated.
