Not much parking, but customer service and quality was excellent. Thanks for a smooth move!

everything about this rental was a poor experience. The truck was dirty, the equipment i requested was not in the truck. and I had to spend hours trying to get things fixed. I was charged incorrectly and have still been waiting to be contacted about all the issues that I had with Uhaul. I've used Uhaul for several moves and this had never happened before, so it was very confusing. I think it was this particular location. It was a shady area of the Heights.

Overcharged. No contact or taking responsibility, no apology or explanation. Had to get corporate office involved. Won’t return to this location.

There was nobody to turn in the truck to. He left a phone number, no answer. Fortunately there was a drop box for the key and contract

This is for uhaul overall: I reserved the 20 foot truck 3 weeks in advance to ensure I had not only that size, but a favorable location. I got neither. I was stuck with a 15 foot truck which meant I had to throw away a lot of my possessions because I had no other means of getting them. Also, I had to drive a lot further to pick up my truck, because the 5 locations that were right by my apartment didn't have the equipment dollies I needed either. I always have a terrible experience with uhaul reservations.

This is where had the drop off info been given from the get go, I would have known what to do. There was no one at the drop off; I had to guess at what I was supposed to do.
