Make sure the truck is accessible. The truck was stuck behind the gate because the property manager locked her keys in her personal vehicle which was parked directly in front of the gate and the clicker battery died. As well as the code for the entry gate didn’t work. She then traded trucks with me, gave me the wrong key and after someone left the property after hours, my ride was able to go through the gate to get the original truck. The property manager switched keys with me once again and they were wrong again. Finally gave the the correct key and had to do a turn around because the personal car was locking the gate.

Once I took truck home and opened the back it was full of trash so I had to clean it out .

JOANN SI am being charged $30.19 for what when the gas wasn’t past half when we got the truck! Please don’t steal from me when it wouldn’t have taken that to do so abd the truck was there before closing. The guy in Lafayette didn’t have a caring bone in his body!!
LISA JThe location did not have the dolly’s or the furniture pads I had ordered. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance and did not receive a phone call from them. None of the other locations (4+) had a furniture dolly or appliance dolly available. I then had to go to another location to get a utility dolly and furniture pads this adding less time off my reservation and more mileage on the vehicle. I would like some time off reimbursement.
