KENNETH FWhat location the one you sent me to ???? When I deal with Mark at Westside I don't have any problems. When I go to the cow pastures you send me to all hell brakes out. I don't like the new way yall do things and if there were any other rental places in this town I wouldn't be using you. I have been renting from U-Haul for a long time and I rent several trucks a year. You have cost the hell out of me. Time is money and yall have cost me over 2 days in total. Remember Mark with West Side has nothing to do with it. To say that I am mad is a understatement,
Nolen VWe made our 26 foot rental reservation and were supposed to pick it up on Saturday 8/17. We arrive at the location and the vehicle is not there. We are then frantically calling around to see who has a 26 foot van because we had movers lined up that day to move us out of our home. We believe we should be compensated for this major error.
Nora RMobile pickup via app is garbage and the lock code had not been updated by the site owner.
