I reserved the trailer from the Cook Street Store. You switched the pickup store to an Indio store. The Indio Store that I've used before is closed, and now is run out of the back of a Taco store near the freeway. Everyone was very helpful and friendly but if you don't have the equipment at the requested pickup location say so. Don't take the reservation and then switch the location.

Jeffrey SThere was no one there when I dropped off. I was charged a cleaning fee even though u returned the truck clean. I was told that the fee would be refunded but as of today it has not.
