See the above. I could not find the office, No one was there. They have a drop box for the key but nothing else indicates where the office is.

RUBEN RI wish the signage for the location was clearer. I drove by the location on the first go round because the location is tucked behind a restaurant.

THOMAS Nthe experience in general with u-haul was to say the least dreadful,not knowing where the equipment was, it took five and one half hours to get both pieces of equipment.
