All very well explained nothing to do all is good
sophia fHorrible place. Grandpa and Grand daughter didn't know how to even instructions on how to unhook a Towing car equipment. Office looks like a dump.
MAVIAEL SI was overcharged .I picked up the equipment almost at 4 pm the guy working there said its OK you can drop it off in the morning at 7 .I was there at 7 am and he came out of the office at 730 .I was charged for 2 days and the cleaning of a tow dolly what was I supposed to clean the metal or what was dirty the tires .the people there are totally unprofessional and take advantage of extra charges .I already put a complaint about getting reimbursed and will leave a bad review on yelp.this place needs other employees as the people there live there unprofessional. I was never treated like this at other uhauls.
jose lHave the equipment as promised. We had to drive almost 2 hours and to two different locations. Gas was empty when receiving truck! Very frustrating.
