The odometer was not correct on the offices side which lead to me having to call Uhall support to get it fixed. I had to sit for like an hour calling different people from both the office and Uhall to get it right. Also, the girl at the office said I could return it anywhere and when I went to another Uhall place to return it they said they couldn’t take it and that the place I had got it from had misspoke. The cabin had ash in it and the actual office was hard to work with. I called the office 3 different times and spoke to 3 employees who all told me they did not know how to handle Uhall stuff and they gave me the number of the guy who did, who I then called and he never picked up. The end charge ended up being correct thankfully due to the original Uhall representative I worked with from Uhall but my experience with the office was very poor. Lastly, when I got the Uhall the left front tire was low pressure.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was in poor condition, the box truck inside cargo area was completely dirty not maintained at all, dirt trash and was not swept out. The inside cab had tobacco leaves on the cab floor, dirty and literal trash on the floor and passenger seat. The gas barely had a quarter tank and the gas gauge is faulty and jumps up and down every few minutes. The low air tire sensor was turned on from the moment I turned the vehicle on. Where the vehicles were parked there was a homeless encampment right behind the box trucks, there was a literal crack pipe next to the uhaul van right near my rental.
