How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery good service
badredine aThank you, Homeboy, at 97-08 150th Street Jamaica Queens, U-Haul Rental office. I have rented from this office many times and as always, he came through with the excellent service he is known for. I like the fact that he asks questions about what your needs are and patiently helps you select the right vehicle for the job. Also, I had to make a last minute change for my scheduled pickup; he took care of it immediately. The change was quick and easy, and he inspected the vehicle himself! He’s always friendly, charming, professional, informative and he has a great sense of humor. You feel as ease working with him. That’s why I will continue to go to him and recommend him to family and friends. He is a great asset to U-Haul! Thank you!
BRYCE BYou guys were over priced and my account is still in negative due to that booking so not really a good experience
Ankush KThe worst, I had to fight a homeless person so she can get out of the truck, the truck was all beat up, broken side mirrow, smelled bad
