I went to pick up a 26' truck and car trailer. Was told I'm not allowed to disconnect the trailer once it's connected. He showed me how to connect the trailer myself though and said to come pick it up even if after hours and dispatched the trailer to me. When we showed up to pick it up later, a tire was flat. Called support to get it switched to the trailer next to it and they transferred me 4 times before finally settling on having to wait for roadside service for 2 hours to come replace the tire on a trailer I still didn't have connected yet. The truck then had a "service advance Trac" warning about halfway through my 19 hour trip that disabled cruise control. I was only given 14 blankets when I had reserved 24.

The store staff were professional and courteous. The problem arises with the equipment. The truck had approximately 39,000 miles and was an absolute piece of shot. Felt unsafe, drank gas, it was noisy, and the engine rattled loudly. I was grateful to make it back from my local move. The one thing I'm grateful for, is knowing I will never ever buy a Ford product.
