I made the reservation in Columbus Ohio. I drove 3+ hours to get to the pick up location for the trailer. The trailer was not there. After 30 minutes of phone calls, I was informed that my pick up location he’d been changed (without informing me) to another location 30 minutes away. I am not a happy camper about all of this.

RICK RThere was no one on site to help me get my very heavy trailer from hitch and parking lot was small/hard to maneuver. I had to go back home and get help because there was no staff during their business hours.
