Caleb T.I dropped the uhaul off after only 23 hours of use and I get charged for another days use. There was not set time to drop off and was told if I went over 24 hours that I would get charged for another day.
Michael P.For less than 60 minutos I was charged a full rate. Pickup a dirty truck, cabin had cigarette butts everywhere. Took me more than one hour to clean and sweep before using it. Thanks for charging me extra.
Bruno A.If you are not going to be there at the pickup time, please at least leave a voicemail message to let the customer know. Also, for safety, a light check should be a standard practice before the customer drives off. That was not offered here.
