Keli CThis is in reference to the equipment. The push down latch for the trailer we rented does not attach around the ball of the hitch tightly. In town driving made a lot of noise and pushing/pulling on our vehicle as the latch moved around on the ball of the hitch. We never experienced this with our own trailer.
