Manhattan , Ks changed our reservation at the last minute and left us stuck.. We pulled over in junction city and they were able to get us what we initially reserved . That was the second time Midwest Ace in Manhattan screwed us over. Never again!
RAY HThe owner was very helpful for us being out of town and having to use the transport for a vehicle we had to move back to Oklahoma. Two of our fuses were out and he went out of his way to help us locate new ones to be able to tow with lights. I highly recommend this place.

TARA PMy only problem with this location which I brought to their attention when I went to leave with the truck. The Fuel gauge showed 3/8 of a tank and my contract showed a 1/2 tank. I brought this to the ladies attention and had her come out and verify that fact. She told me her only options were in 1/4 tank increments. I said they'll bill be for additional fuel if I bring it back the same level. She said no. Well that was all totally false as when I arrived the guy said that was not true. He could mark the fuel level anywhere. Either the lady in Junction City needs additional training or she's not honest? I took photos in the pre trip thing you had me do.
