Yes, it was clean. The check engine light flickered off and on. My son who drove felt that it needed alignment.

Agent on duty didn't appear to be very competent at first, but turned out to be exceedingly helpful! (It was a pretty busy morning - I was the 3rd customer to arrive right at opening hours, so 2 moving trucks had to go out before me & I was losing patience). All that matters is that I walked away after this transaction with a smile....and some regret for underestimating the person who helped me.
