I received an email from u-haul reminding me to pick up a T.V. moving box. When I inquired about obtaining a T.V. moving box from my local pick-up location I was advised they were out. When I made my reservation I was advised by a u-haul representative they could not guarantee the requested vehicle would be available until 2 weeks prior to pick-up. I did not receive confirmation of availability until less than 1 week prior to pick-up. The local representative was very friendly and accommodating.

I was charged for extra days after being told that I would.not have to pay additional charges. The barge left Ketchikan late because if inclement weather. I was not able to pick up till this morning.
