Avoid diy storage location
JOSHUA OI arrived and nobody was there. I enter the building and there is a wooden chair with keys all over it, and a long hallway full of random storage. I wanted to check out with a person, but I used the app instead. The app wasn’t working well eh cause this location is in the middle of nowhere. Then I went to get my key from the ominous wooden chair covered in keys, and mine wasn’t there. The maintenance man had to call the owner who said “I don’t want to fucking talk to them”. It took 30 minutes for the owner to get there, then he finds the key, then he condescendingly explains what a tow/haul button does because obviously a woman has never driven anything before. This was an absolutely awful experience, and I would rather pay slightly more for a better experience elsewhere. This is my second bad experience in the past month, and all I get from customer service is “I’m sorry that happened”. Thanks for nothing.
