Back was dirty need to be clean out before could use. When had to stop it jerked. Charged more then was suppose to.

PETERMERTON SThe several days we ended up spending trying to rent a truck and trailer from Tumbleson Automotive felt like a wild goose chase. The equipment was not maintained and was not clean. The tuck we rented was not swept out. There were items left in the cab from a previous renter, but that was the least of our issues. The trailer we rented had a very flat tire. The owner had us drop it off at a tire shop in town and then pick it back up a few DAYS later. This was very inconvenient as we lived an hour away. UHaul had promised us tow straps and a special rate on the truck we rented since they didn't have the exact truck size we had requested. There was no rate adjustment and we were charged the full rate for the larger truck. The owner at Tumbleson didn't have tow straps for us and made no attempt to help us get any, just said he was a small business. The tire shop was closed the day we went to pick up the trailer. and the flat tire was still not repaired. Finally, we were given a different trailer at that point. We were told where to find it and had to hook it up ourselves, alone. Renting from Tumbleson Automotive was not a good experience for us.
Justin Pif somebody does not use the trailer for the full amount of rental they should get reimbursed something like me. I had it rented for 72 hours while I returned it with only using it for 52 hours so I feel like we should be reimbursed for the 20 hours that I did not have it
