No one available ended up getting charged for 2 extra days because no one to check the truck in tried to return on app and had no phone service to send info. This has happened before but will happen again will rent from another company if needed

Marcy S.I rented this trailer and furniture pads back in May '22 but just received the e-receipt and this survey last week... my only suggestion for improvement would be to send that info out MUCH sooner - 6+ months after the rental (and return) seems like way too long
