The return process was a disappointment. To begin with, the location was difficult to find via GPS. When I called, I was assisted by an extremely rude individual who instructed us to leave the truck behind the warehouses and deposit the keys in a small box. The site appeared abandoned, filthy, and completely deserted—to the point of being frightening—with absolutely no one on the premises to receive the truck, and all the doors were locked. As we were leaving, we saw two people walking toward the trucks parked in the lot; they appeared to be homeless individuals. We were startled and felt very frightened by the location.

We were charged almost $300 for a very short trip. The gas was at a quarter tank and we returned it the same way at the same location. We don’t understand this at all
