We were sent to three different drop off locations and were not given clear directions for drop off. There seemed to be some miscommunication about areas being full and what was actually a U-Haul dropoff location. It was extremely stressful.

You need to improve the drop off area after hours. With a 26’ truck it’s not as easy to get up off the road especially when someone else dropped off their rental.
Lonnie FOwner or attendance on site on 11/17 was extremely rude and hostile. No clear indication of where you're supposed to go other than a sign on a closed fence that I guess you're supposed to open yourself in order to get in. Trucks transmission needs to be looked at, extreme stuttering.
