Provide clear directions and a reasonable place to make after-hours drop-offs. We arrived to find entire property chained up, so we called again and were told to park outside fence by drop-off box. We were already past this point on a busy, one-way street, So we spent close to an hour figuring out how to get the truck back without having to make an impossible U-turn with a huge vehicle. We drove over 1100 miles in 23 hours, and the drop-off was the worse part.
