Michael BThe customer service at this location was fantastic! I had attempted to call to reserve the truck I needed, but was unsuccessful getting in contact via the phone. To make sure the vehicle I needed was reserved, I went through the app. The cost seemed higher than advertised (had a 50 mile minimum charge) and the drop off location wasn't the same as pickup, which would have posed a logistical challenge. I still went ahead with the reservation. When I arrived for pickup, I explained the situation and they were able to get everything squared away for what my true needs were. Thank you for that time and effort! We have used this location before and will use again.
