Everything was perfect
MICHELLE JThe drop off was confusing and nobody was at the location. I even got charged an extra day because the app didn’t register and who was going to confirm I had turned it in on time besides the app. I got charged a. Extra $180 dollars. I will never use you guys again.

AHMED CThe gear shift handle felt as if it was going to break when I changed gears. The cup holder location and floors were dirty but didn't see that until I got in. There was some kind of leftover part of something left in the uhaul from previous user. It was left inside the side railing. The front office people were very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is that the key fob would not let me open the gate upon returning the uhaul that same evening. I had to leave parked outside the gate and was hard to get my car out of its parking spot because the parking area is so limited with parked uhauls and cars parked in the small lot outside of the office.
