The hitch is very heavy. If you are alone and not able to do heavy lifting you need to bring another person to help. The local Uhaul owner cannot help due to physical limitations. Same goes for dropping off at other locations if you are dropping after hours.

Make the passenger side mirror more adjustable ... has two positions - we did not have an Allen key on us so could not lock it into safe and correct place for visibility . Ike the manager was awesome - very helpful Great customer service

There were no furniture blankets available at this location but I had my own so it made no difference to me. Friendly professional service. Got really good advice about arrangement for moving the rest of my belongings from Greater Vancouver area.

this was 350km round trip to pick up the uhual. It was on a highway ( duffy road ) which has multiple accidents and the hill was 15% and 11% steep incline and decline... very very unsafe esp in a 26ft truck.

Polite & professional, but clearly couldn't give a shit about a U Haul customer. Found another pair of car trailers there. One brake cylinder was full, but the other had a lid so tight I required my water pump pliers and very excessive force to open - and find it almost empty. Again, shame on U Haul and your horrifying maintenance schedules - you absolutely suck.
