The location was dark, making it a safety concern. There were U-hauls parked in the front of the building and the rear of the building and no signs indicating where to park the U-Haul. There were no signs indicating where to put the key. My wife and I walked around the building along side a busy road in the dark, twice trying to figure out where to leave the key. My wife called U-Haul and they told us to look for a pink door, we walked around old out buildings in the dark, through big puddles of water until we found a faded old wooden pink door with a faded sign staying drop keys here. A U-Haul drop off location should be well lit for safety, an obvious drop box at the front of the building like most locations with clear directions on where to park the truck.

Timothy FNo lockbox for returning keys being returned after hours. It's in a deep rural location, which is great. Especially for local clients in need of a truck. I did not see any other truck in surroundings for rent. Location has potential though, especially being about an hour away from Ohio University.
