Monica C.Initially I had about an hour wasted of my time as U-HAUL app wasn't responding. Then the rental place agent wasn't really helping on resolving the issue then I called help line and the person wasn't helpful at all. Terrible experience.
JUAN G.I got to location on Monday 8/30 at 9:00am and I was told that the site does not have a 15' Truck that I wanted. I was advised to check in with the Uhaul customer service why the website indicated that they had such truck available. Now I am shocked to see a bill of more than $700 coming my way when I did not even take the truck from this site. I see the last 4 digits of the credit card used is not mine and seems someone is used my address and name to order the truck and no one bother to check the ID. This type of service is beyond poor to say the least.
