Paul H.The pick up point was changed with no notification… The secondary pick up point was 40 minutes from the initial pick up point in the opposite direction of where I was going. And instead of letting me drop the trailer off at my original pick up point I was made to bring it all the way back to the secondary pick up point which was inconvenient and out of my way. Just cause delays and cost me money since I had hourly people already working. And it cost me 2 1/2 hours of extra drive time. I wasn't even offered a discount or any other compensation since this cost me 3/4 of a tank of gas and mileage. Customer service was no help
