The ball on the hitch was too small and the trailer feel off on to the street. It could have been a huge disaster. I finally bought a new set up and then the driver's side wiper blade flew off on a storm. These to things caused me to add a very excitement day to my travels.

I had rented a UHaul for a day to move, but there were issues with my apartment and I had to extend. When I went in to tell them, they said it was fine, no issue. I asked how much and she said it would be the $29.95 per day if I extended. She never mentioned the insurance they charge so I was charged way more at the end than quoted.

The experience was a disaster from start to finish. It was due to the weather and the large amount of snow. This was my first experience renting a truck and it would have been good to know that the trucks are not suitable for driving in these conditions.

Equipment was so filthy ! Ridiculous. No 10 foot truck, so had to take a 15 foot truck !
