Easy after hours drop
HENRY CI had no issues with the pickup or drop off location. I had Uhaul call me the morning I was planning on returning my 26 ft truck to tell me the location couldn’t accept any more 26 ft trucks. I’ve been there before and it can hold tons of 26 ft trucks but they insisted and rerouted me farther away which incurred more miles and used more gas. I was very disappointed as o secured my reservation including drop off 4 or 5 days in advance. To add insult to injury this small return location told me the Uhaul system was down which it was so the couldn’t recheck no my truck until the next day. I asked that someone call me to credit back the mileage and gas overage which was minimum considering all Uhaul had put me through after a brutal move. The manager I spoke to was very condescending and rude to me and I’m not even sure if the actually gave me the credit or not after he would. I’ve always had good service with Uhaul but not on the occasion and it wasn’t due to the locations but corporate.
Ransome SWas closed when we arrived for drop off time provided by other location but the drop box worked good.
