I wondered why they asked about mileage and should have asked. I guessed since I pretty much knew how far it was to the school we were delivering to. I forgot to take into account the distance from this store to the place where we were picking up the goods and return from there so was surprised at what we had to pay in going over the mileage. Maybe could explain that a bit to eliminate any surprises. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We ordered a 20 foot truck but the pick up location we originally had setup changed without our knowledge and the 20 foot truck that was issued had problems and we were not informed of this ahead of time. We had to take a smaller truck and it took some time getting the prices set it to what we had from the website. Also our return location changed setting us up to be late in what we had to do after we dropped off the truck. U-haul needs to improve on their communications with their customers and also needs to set preferences with the customer not just what you choose. That's how you can help the next customer and me if I ever use you again

didn't even know who to talk to, some guy working outside said to drop the key in the box. no other instructions. if he hand't been there, wouldn't have known what to do. nobody would answer the phone. uhaul didn't give me the name of the business just the address

Wasn't too pleased with the difficulty in picking up the rental truck. It was Sunday. The location was closed. The 24/7 pick up info is not made clear to customer.

original drop-off point was some 20 plus miles away from my house when there were at least 2 after hour drop locations within 3 miles. Was told it would cost me 200$ if I dropped off at a different location. Transferred me to traffic dept. & they approved the drop. Better attention to drop location based on Zip would be appreciated.
