The van I rented was covered in days old snow and ice. There was no scraper to clean the windshield.After trying to clean the windshield with just my coat sleeve, I asked the attendant for one, but he said he did not have one and offered no solutiion. I borrowed a plastic snow shovel and managed to clean the windshield enough to drive the vehicle the few blocks to my home where I used my own scraper to finish the job. The location is a convenience store and the attendant was alone, so had to keep serving store customers while trying to complete the rental.

Over charge
AFRIM GMaybe have a full tank of gas which would make it easier for us to bring it back with the same amount of gas.
