I'm not sure what the standard is, but the truck was not clear of ice and snow. I was lucky I drove there to pick up the truck; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to clear the ice and snow off with my brush, and it wouldn't have been drivable. There was also no windshield wiper fluid, so it was hard to see towards the end of my trip. Otherwise, the truck was great, and the experience was great. I would still rent from U-Haul again. Thank you!

Told me I had the truck for 24 hours. I told him I only reserved it for 2 hours but the guy at the counter said no it’s for 24 hours. I was confused so he explained that the 19.95 fee is per day + any km you put on it. Clearly that’s not true.
Parneet BThe van I rented was covered in days old snow and ice. There was no scraper to clean the windshield.After trying to clean the windshield with just my coat sleeve, I asked the attendant for one, but he said he did not have one and offered no solutiion. I borrowed a plastic snow shovel and managed to clean the windshield enough to drive the vehicle the few blocks to my home where I used my own scraper to finish the job. The location is a convenience store and the attendant was alone, so had to keep serving store customers while trying to complete the rental.
