Truck needs to be replaced. It leaks, the steering is so loose, and there's no back up camera which makes it extremely difficult to maneuver in the city.

DOUGLAS SGreat place to rent. Extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend that anybody renting in Lubbock to go to Jackie's.
DAMON LWhen I picked the truck up, there was dirt and animal hair in it. And, the seat had two holes in it. During the check in process, it would not let me indicate the truck was not clean enough for the next renter. If I put that it was not clean, it would charge me a $25 cleaning fee. And, it only allowed 1 photo to be taken of inside the cab.
