Cab was dirty. It had dirt and dog hair. The back of truck had not been swept out. It was not clean at all
JAMES DI've usually dropped off my UHAUL Truck and Trailer here at night, so I haven't met the staff but only once. The staff were very helpful and friendly. very professional. I've always seen a large inventory of trucks and trailers so for anyone in the Lubbock area, this store will probably have what you're looking for. The turn in area is large and easy to maneuver everything, and I really appreciate that a lot. Key turn in was easy and under video security. This is a very professional facility, and I look forward to building a relationship here.
