Customer service was awful and I was insulted directly to my face. I was told I was "abnormal" because I didn't want the vehicle he gave to me when I specifically requested a certain van. I was also asked if I had recently been to prison when he looked at my driver's license picture because I was wearing an orange shirt. It was so bad and so obvious that another customer in line asked if we knew each other.... I told them no, I was a customer and didn't even know the man's name. I don't appreciate the way I was treated. It wasn't presented in a fun or teasing manner. (I love to pick and have a good time.) The man was a JERK and I was embarrassed in front of 2 other customers.

Only trailers/trucks but no dollies, etc. Had to go to another location to pick up dolly. Would have been helpful to know that this equipment wasn't available at this location. No usable restroom at this location. Trailer lights not working properly.

The cab wasn't as clean as it could have been but it wasn't filthy by any means. We drove through some torrential rain and found out the wipers needed replaced. Not a maintenance issue but adjusting the mirrors is a nightmare. It takes a hex wrench which we had to stop and purchase.

the two main men in the office, had an unfriendly attitude - they acted offended when I asked for a printout receipt for drop off of tow dolly; said, they could not give me a printout. I have used U haul a lot over the years and this location, in years past, location is good but now the atmosphere/attitude is definitely unfriendly. The Almonds (spelling) on Denman street is the opposite, I should have gone there.
