Staff at drop off are extremely rude and lazy. After standing there for 10 min while she talked about her drunken night with a friend she was extremely rude. Tried to lie to me about what was in my contract. This after having an 11am pickup being pushed an hour because the place isnt open at 11.... the location is a nightmare for large trucks. This place sucks ballsack

DEBORAH PThe turn signals on the back were barely noticeable, and the brake lights didnt work at all. The poor girl at the counter had several customers waiting on her due to an irate customer of the laundromat. It took over 30 minutes to get the keys to the uhaul. The girl was very nice and was doing her best, to no fault of her own.
