U haul should not use this location to rent its equipment. There is only 1 trailer to rent. Also, the check out process is lengthy. It took 40 minutes to do the check out on the managers I phone which was an older model and had poor access to WiFi. Also, there was no help setting the trailer to the truck because no one knew how to perform the task. I am hoping that I will receive a discount because of how difficult it was to secure this piece of equipment
