Lot area is poor -instructions for Sunday drop off were very confusing. No one around during return process. Won't use again.

The inside of truck was clean. The outside was filthy. The rear shocks were completely worn out . You bounced ridiculously over every tiny bump on the road and we used the interstate because it was smoother. Which means my things bounced like crazy in the back. Truck was not maintained at all.
