All was handled efficiently, with good cooperative customer service; especially in view of the time and temperatures; for what I critically needed to complete for myself and family. Thank you and staff so very much. I will definitely recommend and for when I need to use your service again.

The lady we dealt with in morning was very nice! On the other hand the lady we dealt with when we dropped off the truck was VERY rude with us. She was constantly rolling her eyes at us when we were asking simple questions and making us feel very uncomfortable. She accused us of things we didn’t do and it down right ridiculous. There was no reason for her hostility.

The satelite location I was sent to on S Laburnam did not have an employee that could assist with unhooking the equipment. I should have been given the address of a U-Haul only location due to my age.

Treat your incoming customers as I was treated.

Rude customer service, the lady with glasses and mustache had the worse attitude ever. Then she lied to me and told me I needed to put 6 gallons in the tank when I needed to only put 2, so she wasted my money as well. Do better!

Horrible experience. The place we rented from was great. Uhaul's customer service was unbelievably poor! They were willing to leave us stranded after an accident. We ran off the road and the roadside coverage assistant in Arizona tried four people and gave up and told us sorry we don't have anyone available. It was snowing and 29 degrees outside. The State trooper assisting us couldn't believe it. He finally had to call a towing.compant he recommended in the first place. They arrived in 30 min and helped us. Uhaul did not.

The truck could use alittle TLC, there was no heat and the exterior had a lot of damage. Also, we were told if bringing it back after hours to park it across the street at a location other than the Uhaul store/parking lot and we felt uncomfortable with this. The woman on staff was nice and efficient, the inside of the truck cab/body was very clean.

The lady seemed to not have time with me, not rude, just complacent. Trucks awesome!

We rented an enclosed trailer and it was filthy inside, definitely not swept out in a while. We made the reservation online and it asked what vehicle we would be using to tow the trailer, which was a Jeep Wrangler. It made the reservation with no problem. When we got to the Uhaul location to pick up the trailer, the employee asked if it was a hard top or soft top, we have a soft top and she said they don't let soft top Jeeps tow their trailers. That's a bogus policy and I'll be contacting someone at Uhaul about that. There is no reason a soft top Jeep can not tow a small enclosed trailer.

Everything went extra smooth. I will consider this location again when I need to move.
