When I picked up the truck, I took pictures of it and started it up and the check engine light was on. I took a picture of it and went back inside the shop and told the person who checked me out with the truck and told him if he was aware that the check engine light was on. He told me no he was not aware of it and told me that it was probably the gas cap or an O2 sensor and that it will be ok to drive it 230 miles down the road. Likely I made it but I was going to let the drop off place aware of the light but they were not open

The office was not open at the time we reserved the truck. The steering wheel could not be adjusted and there was not a ramp on the back to make loading and unloading more efficient and easier.

stephanie tThe truck share 24 seven is a disaster. I was unable to complete my mobile pick up, and it would have been over an hour to speak with an associate. The mobile pick up is terrible, it took an endless amount of time for them to verify my information. When I went inside, The clerk told me that if she manually enters my birthday, it goes through, despite the fact that the mobile check-in includes my birthday when it scans my driver license. There is something wrong with the system, and it needs to be addressed as a customer, it makes me feel like the mobile pick up is unreliable, as this is the second time now that I have had such an issue, and calling in is not reliable, as it can be over an hour waiit.
