Karl PThe store is filthy. I dont believe its been swept in years. There are cats walking around the store and so much cat hair everywhere… clumped in the windows floors etc.
LYDIA VStop making excuses about why things weren't done properly. Don't lie about your site capabilities regarding incorrect charges and what the site can do to correct them. FYI, the site personnel was the problem, not u-haul specifically.
