No one was there for me at drop off and finding the key drop box took almost an hour . I was there at approximately 4:30ish which makes no sense as to why nobody was there......If I ever choose to drop off other then the Bedford location, I most definitely would not go back to that place....

The location was littered with used and dirty power equipment in several rooms. The overall facility was runs-down and a mess. It honestly looked more like a power equipment junkyard. The truck, however was clean and ready to go, including a dozen clean furniture pads. And the staff was terrific.
Gregg KThe online Uhaul reservation tool needs to be upgraded. Had several issues with being redirected on pickup and drop off location and the links received for checking in and out don’t work. This is a reflection on uhaul corporate, the physical locations and service were great. Th technology just made things more difficult.
