Check engine light was on but it ran good. People are always nice there
SANTINO RHard to get them on phone. They don't listen to their voicemails. There is no key drop box. The app itself does not work well at all and had to cancel getting vehicle because app would not work. Had to go in when they were open.
JACQUELYN LWhen I picked up the truck, I took pictures of it and started it up and the check engine light was on. I took a picture of it and went back inside the shop and told the person who checked me out with the truck and told him if he was aware that the check engine light was on. He told me no he was not aware of it and told me that it was probably the gas cap or an O2 sensor and that it will be ok to drive it 230 miles down the road. Likely I made it but I was going to let the drop off place aware of the light but they were not open
Michael CThe office was not open at the time we reserved the truck. The steering wheel could not be adjusted and there was not a ramp on the back to make loading and unloading more efficient and easier.
