The inside of the trick was dirty and the windshield inside and out was also terribly dirty which made it hard to see well.

your representative on site went out of her way to help me. We needed after hours service and a change of equipment. Very much appreciated. And the truck we rented worked flawlessly.
Micheal LHorrible experience, after spending a half hour trying to make the app work with support over the phone. The truck that my contract was through didn’t have the key in it. After calling support and support calling the storage yards ownership, I was politely asked to walk outside of the storage facility on a side road, and another truck would be there. That truck, which wasn’t my contracted truck, had the correct lock, and dolly in the back. I spent almost 2 hours, trying to get into a truck. I did everything I was asked to do, per my reservation email, and I was failed on both other parties.
Carlos BThe clerk was passed out asleep when I went to return the equipment. It took several minutes to wake him. He then tried to charge me for the utility dolly I repeatedly told him we never received.
