the truck i reserved did not have a lock nor did it have keys i had to call customer service twice

Zac PCheck out all your trailers and trucks before a customer takes it. I had many problems with this rental location. For example, trailer lights not working and tie down straps frayed and in bad shape. All the problems cost me lots of money due to the mishaps. I need to get reimbursed for all the problems.
Alan UThe gal that took care of me at Collision Works had trouble generating a rental contract, I don’t think she had enough experience at drawing up rental agreements or she was have technical issues with your system, not sure but it took far too long in my opinion! It took almost two hours from start to finish to get my rental done.
