I have to admit the self-pickup process with the app is very tedious. Maybe itcwas because it was my first time, but it was very glitchy. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 7 am, and ended up leaving almost 1 hour late because of the Uhaul app. I think Id rather see someone in person next time.
