It's a shame how this location treats customers. We have rented trucks from this location many many times as we have a business next door. They have lied and mislead us and charged us for gas when we refilled it. It happened yesterday again and we will not be using U-Haul because of this.
ARTURAS BBad service, I also was not provided with the dolly I reserved. Besides I payed with credit card and you still sent me to collections not giving me a way nor option to make the payment , I’ve called an chat as well as got connected to e alert , this is rediculouse yo farts me and don’t give me a way or option to pay
Abraham SYou need to cut down all the trees and bushes, they are way too overgrown. The front right tire air pressure was low, I had to fill it up.
