I wish I caught his name but unfortunately I did not, however that young man who was running the location was the most nicest, accommodating and professional gentleman ever. It is so rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, that when I do I am so pleasantly surprised.

This is my favorite uhaul location. I've been here multiple times and I regularly recommend it to friends because the dude who works here is so good at his job and so nice and friendly and the trucks are never out of stock. Everything was clean and the vans he has are the nice ones with backup camera and Bluetooth, not like the old janky ones. Best uhaul place of all time

Jordan DHe was incredibly rude upon collection and drop off. Insisted the van was parked in an impossible location. Was verbally aggressive and unprofessional. The van was dirty, but the worst is his professionally. I was also charged $30 for coverage I did not ask for as well as $7 for a dolly I was not given. Please refund both. Thanks
