Staff was great, very professional, and caring.
JAIME SSimple, courteous, and quick check in and hook up. Staff followed the 10 ft rule greeting customers and is always a plus to get that acknowledgement when you are waiting. Parking was a little tough due to the site layout and volume of other customers on site at the time of my pick up. Drop off was no problem. Will visit again!
Jacob SCalled and asked about the after hours drop-off procedure, the lady who answered the phone said she would not charge for after hours drop-off ($20 was stated on form). She said to either park it amongst other trucks or in driveway. Later that evening, I dropped the truck off as discussed and was still charged $20 for "parking in front of the building ". I called to discuss the charge and her amnesia kicked in about the discussion we had. Sounds like this location is hard up for money. Had to call corporate headquarters to get my refund of the unauthorized charge to my credit card.
