Michael FThis place is the WORST. It is family owed and each lied for the other. I rented the truck and returned it within 24 hours. The truck was not cleaned by the previous customer. Several Dolly's were not intact with trash left behind. We had our own Dolly's yet were charged an add $162!!! The gas was at 1/4. Was told it was 3/4. Again CHARGED because one of the family members failed to do their job and dbl check the truck for cleanliness and gas levels before renting to me. I am being charged for the previous customer use of equipment that this location failed to check before renting to me. I called them 8 times and they refused to answer. VM is not setup so you cannot leave a message. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. These people are SCAMMERS
Kami OI have a bad experience on my return. I went to the office to return the trailer and a guy just told me to drop it over there. I’m 72 years old and I had to pick up the trailer from the back of my trunk disconnected and drop it after a hard day of putting stuff for landscaping. My back was killing me. I had to lift the trailer. I thought that was very inconsiderate.
