Josue PThe truck was dirty and had written items to be looked at or repaired on the window which were concerning (brake line was one of them). The cashier was friendly and willing to clean the box of the truck which was full of concrete and dust. The cashier was friendly and that alone made the experience a good one. Uhaul needs to do a better job at upkeeping their trucks. This is the second location i use this week with trucks that need repairs.
Magnolia BThe vehicle rented was not onsite at arrival. Then I was charged rental insurance that I did not have on my original agreement. I also see I was charged for gas. The gas was the same as when I left. We only drove 17 miles. No way we used 2 gallons of gas. This place is a scam.
