How U-Haul Reviews WorkShop is in need of updates. Woman that checked me in was great; incredibly friendly and professional
Andrew RI booked on the internet giving A to B locations and drop off location and you gave me the mileage allowed. Firstly from the pickup I have to travel home to load which was only a few miles, I didn’t drive anywhere else apart from to the B location. Whilst on route to You changed my drop location telling me there was no room. So when i had to call you to find out where the location drop off was you texted me the address so i had to make my way to none agreed drop off. Now due to changes in the agreement that you made, my mileage was 7 over and you Charged me for it. It’s not the cost it’s just that I did everything correctly had a great experience and you charged me for 7 miles. Please.
