CHARLES L.Overall drop off went fine. We were dropping off after hours and the mobile process went well. However, we weren't sure where key drop off was. Being the dealership has two levels, we assumed we'd park up top by another truck. When we searched for the Uhaul Drop Box, we didn't find it and eventually found a Rental Drop box for the dealerships own rental services, but no where was it listed we could drop off Uhaul keys. Because we found no other options for drop off, we did leave the keys in that drop off box.
