Not sure how to answer the "personnel helpful" as we did an unattended drop-off, and therefore didn't interact with anyone. It was easy enough to find, and no problems parking the trailer. There was a low spot where the trailer was to be dropped, with a fair amount of standing water/mud. So someone who didn't have work boots may have had some issues getting all of the trailer drop-off photos without getting their shoes/feet wet.
