Location was great, booking experience and pick up was horrible. Site booked me a 20ft truck and when I got there no truck and had to take a smaller one. Called customer service they said I could pick up a 20ft over an hour away, but I would have to pay the mileage difference for their screw up. While I would recommend this location I cannot recommend UHAUL as a service.
