I was disappointed that I had to drive 20+ miles farther to find a rental. This made me have to pay more than I would have if there had been a location in my home town. The man at the rental place was very helpful and friendly.

April PLocation was great, booking experience and pick up was horrible. Site booked me a 20ft truck and when I got there no truck and had to take a smaller one. Called customer service they said I could pick up a 20ft over an hour away, but I would have to pay the mileage difference for their screw up. While I would recommend this location I cannot recommend UHAUL as a service.
Brandon TTrailers are not water tight. Second time I have rented one during rain and both times items got wet.
